It was originally started as a "fresh from the fields" approach to traditional jam with strawberry being our first and favorite flavor! Our fruit farm was founded in Pennsylvania during the 1850's and our recipes have stayed true to how our grandmothers used to make them.

Icebox freezer jams can be heated and drizzled over pancakes, waffles and ice cream. Our low sugar jams can be added to cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and overnight oats. Use our jams as a delicious glaze on meat, chicken and fish or baked into bread, cookies and shortcake. Try our pumpkin pie jam melted into hot coffee or our cranberry apple and cranberry orange as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets or turkey sandwiches.
Our low sugar low calorie jams range between 3-6 grams of sugar and 10-25 calories per Tablespoon. Our jam cups are portion controlled and equal to 6 Tablespoons of Jam or 6 points on your diet plan.
